Terms of Service

Welcome to Scroom's Utility! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our Discord bot ("Bot"). By adding or using the Bot in any Discord server, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, please refrain from using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

• You are at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country)
• You have the authority to accept these Terms for any server you administer
• You will comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines

2. Bot Usage Guidelines

• Track and manage Roblox FastFlags in your Discord server
• Access game analysis tools and server utilities
• Utilize features as described in our documentation

Prohibited activities include:

• Spamming commands or abusing API endpoints
• Attempting to bypass rate limits or access restricted features
• Using the Bot for illegal activities or harassment
• Reverse engineering or modifying the Bot's code

3. Data Handling

• We store necessary operational data (server IDs, user IDs for blacklists/premium features)
• Command usage may be logged temporarily for debugging and abuse prevention
• We do not store or access your Discord messages beyond command processing

4. Restrictions & Termination

• Ban users or servers violating these Terms
• Remove the Bot from servers engaging in abusive behavior
• Limit features for servers under 50 members (to prevent spam)
• Modify or discontinue services without prior notice

You may remove the Bot from your server at any time.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

• Scroom's Utility is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
• Accuracy of FastFlag data or other information provided.
• Compatibility with all Discord clients or future API changes.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Significant changes will be announced in our Discord server. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
